Collaborative culture

A collaborative culture always privileges consensus over conflict and respects the skills, needs and values of all stakeholders. Better design outcomes are more likely when the design process has taken an inclusive, multi-disciplinary decision-making approach.
Ideally, collaboration guides the project from inception through to delivery. It’s about building consensus and communities.
The Integrated Design Commission SA believes that the complexity and interconnectedness of the challenges facing our cities and communities requires a collaborative, shared response.
